Refund Policy
Our refund policy ensures fair treatment for all participants:
- •Subscription Refunds: Pro-rated refunds available within 14 days of subscription start for annual plans
- •CEU Credits: Unused CEU credits are non-refundable but do not expire while subscription is active
- •Technical Issues: Full credit restoration for any technical issues preventing completion

Conflict of Interest
We maintain transparency regarding any potential conflicts of interest:
- •Presenters must disclose any financial relationships or conflicts
- •Commercial support or sponsorship is clearly disclosed
- •Content is developed independently of commercial interests
Record Keeping & Document Retention
We maintain comprehensive records as required by RID:
- •5+ Year Retention: Attendance records, certificates, and evaluations retained for minimum 5 years
- •Attendance Records: Complete records of all participants including RID member numbers
- •CEU Submission: Certificates submitted to RID within 45 days of completion
- •Audit Ready: All records available for RID audit upon request
Grievance Process
If you have concerns about any CEU activity or experience, we have a clear grievance process:
- Submit a grievance via the CEU dashboard or email info@buildingbridgeslearning.com
- Grievances are reviewed within 5 business days
- You will receive a written response with resolution or next steps
- Appeals can be submitted within 30 days of initial response
- Unresolved grievances may be escalated to RID directly
Financial Management
We maintain sound financial practices for our CEU program:
- •Clear pricing structure for all subscriptions and CEU activities
- •Secure payment processing through Stripe
- •Transparent billing with receipts provided for all transactions
- •No hidden fees or unexpected charges
