Yes, interpreters maintain their own accounts and subscriptions. They own their data and professional development. Your program subscription gives you a dashboard to view aggregate data from connected members.
What if a member is in multiple programs?
One interpreter can connect to multiple programs. There's no double billing - each program pays for their dashboard access, and the interpreter pays once for their personal account.
Can we subsidize interpreter subscriptions?
Yes! Many programs provide subscription credits as a professional development benefit. Contact us to discuss bulk subscription purchases for your cohort.
What data can programs see?
Programs see competency profiles, credential status, assignment prep completion rates, and aggregate wellness indicators. Personal Elya conversations and detailed debrief content remain private to the individual.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Program plans are annual subscriptions, but we offer monthly billing for flexibility. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom terms.
